roceliande Concerto in Five Scenes - Jan Friedlin

After the premiere performance of Jan Friedlin's Broceliande Concerto (written for Julia Nolan and Jane Hayes), an audience member said the piece was "beautiful, introspective, and contemplative". The piece explores the subject of loss - a shared loss that Jan and Julia expressed at the death of their fathers.
