Stephen Fischer received the Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in Saxophone Performance from the University of Georgia while studying with Dr. Kenneth Fischer. Prior to his doctoral studies, Dr. Fischer earned both the Master of Music Degree in Saxophone Performance and the Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education at the University of Georgia. Dr. Fischer has served on the faculties of the University of West Georgia, Clemson University, and the University of Georgia. Currently, Dr. Fischer is a member of the faculty in the Department of Music and Theatre of Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Rachael Fischer has performed in master classes for several renowned violinists including Brian Lewis, Walter Verdehr, and Stanley Ritchie, as well as members of the Tokyo, Parisii, and Ebene string quartets. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Music degree in violin performance from the University of Georgia, the Master of Music degree in violin performance from Arizona State University, and the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in violin performance with a minor in musicology from the University of Georgia. Rachael currently teaches music courses at Georgia Gwinnett College and Piedmont College, and serves as the Membership Chair for the Suzuki Association of Georgia.

Ostinati for Soprano Saxophone, Violin, and Piano - Kirk O'Riordan

Ostinati for soprano saxophone, violin, and piano by American composer Kirk O'Riordan was originally commissioned by violinist Melanie Gran and saxophonist Michael Hanson. A revision was later made for saxophonist Farrell Vernon. The piece consists of a series of ostinati, related to each other by melodic fragments, colors, and gestures.
