Taylor Barbay

Saxophonist Taylor Barbay is an avid performer and teacher. She currently holds a graduate assistantship at the University of Florida and is pursuing a Master of Music Degree in Saxophone Performance. Barbay has premiered works for saxophone quartet and for solo saxophone by Dr. Alejandro Arguello and J. Corey Knoll. Barbay received the Bachelor of Music Degree in Performance and the Bachelor of Music Education Degree from Louisiana State University, where she studied with Dr. Griffin Campbell. She has also worked with Dr. Timothy McAllister. Barbay is now studying with Dr. Jonathan Helton and Dr. Geoffrey Deibel.


Steady Study on the Boogie - Christian Lauba

Christian Lauba, French composer and teacher at the National Conservatory of Bordeaux, composed this piece in 1993 for Jean-Yves Fourmeau.
